Shauna Purcell

Shauna Purcell is leading the ANZ chapter of the RISE: A Group for Gender Diversity in Media Technology, 2022 mentoring programme. She has been fortunate enough to experience the vast benefits of having a mentor for career development, and feels extremely passionate about encouraging others, no matter what industry or career path to do the same.

Purcell is also the audio partner account manager and head of marketing at Avid Technology for Australia and New Zealand. She is passionate about harnessing her role at Avid to engage with aspiring creators and showcase the opportunities that exist in the media and entertainment industry, ensuring long-term career success for the future generation of creators.
