Dan Miall

Dan Miall has been CEO of BirdDog since co-founding the company in 2016. He is always passionate about designing transformational digital production workflows for broadcast video, AV, and postproduction. Miall has been instrumental in pushing the boundaries of what is possible in terms of AV over modern network infrastructure, designing breakthrough technologies, workflows, and hardware – bringing to market dozens of breakthrough products based around NDI and other IP video protocols.

Prior to BirdDog, Miall successfully co-founded a highly successful video products distribution business, Blonde Robot, after extensive experience globally at Avid designing, training, and delivering broadcast and post production systems for some of the world’s largest media organizations. Always passionate about customer workflows, Miall continues to push product design within BirdDog.
