Cora Spear

Cora Spear is the group director of streaming operations at Foxtel Group (Kayo Sports, BINGE, Flash News, WatchAFL, and  WatchNRL) and for over 20 years she has been a pioneer in OTT, content distribution, and the digital transformation of broadcasting, live sports, and entertainment. During her career, Spear has led businesses blending strategy with design coupled with technical innovation and this has placed her as a disrupter at the forefront of the media industry, leading change, and business growth in senior roles both domestically and internationally. In 2018, she was asked to launch and lead OTT operations for the game-changing streaming service, Kayo Sports, a global initiative for NewsCorp that launched in 2019 and is delivering over 50 live sports running 24/7/365 to over 1 million customers.
